BIO PICErica Kramer lives and works in Portland, Maine. She is an audio editor and consultant working primarily in radio and podcasts.

As a freelancer, her work has aired on BuzzFeed, NPR, WNYC,  New Hampshire Public Radio, Cape and Islands Public Radio, KUNM Albuquerque and KUT in Austin. She also provides audio editing and writing instruction and training for beginning producers.

Previously Erica worked as an educator at Youth Media Project, a small non profit that teaches media literacy and storytelling to teenagers in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

She has also worked as an art educator for the Museum of International Folk Art and the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum.

Erica graduated from Oberlin College in 2006 with degrees in English and Studio Art. In the spring of 2012 she attended the Transom Story Workshop, an intensive audio production and storytelling seminar.

When she is not editing audio, Erica can be found hiking in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, dj-ing soul music or looking at dogs on the internet.
